Having practiced the Body Control Pilates method for a number of years, I was so inspired by the improvement in my posture and general well being, that when the opportunity presented itself to train as a teacher I jumped at the chance. Since qualifying in 2015 I have been busy building a number of classes at various locations across Barnet, with lessons tailored to suit every level from complete beginners to the more experienced clients.
Since initially qualifying almost four years ago I have successfully completed additional courses in Pilates for the older person, intermediate Pilates skills, Pilates for bone health (osteoporosis) and Pilates with equipment ( resistance bands, small balls, foam rollers etc).
I teach mixed sex class sessions to a maximum of 12 students.
I also teach one to one sessions for those who have specific problems and want to achieve quicker results/improvement. I can travel to your home if necessary.
One to one classes are an ideal way of receiving a bespoke course tailored to your needs and goals. They are especially beneficial for those with back and joint issues and are a fantastic way of achieving noticeable positive changes in your movement, strength and flexibility.
